Ensuring the accessibility of our electronic resources is key to maintaining a positive compliance posture and protecting the civil rights of our entire university community.
The Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) Subcommittee will help with educating our faculty and staff regarding digital accessibility by providing a forum to discuss the importance of procuring and creating accessible content. Additionally, the subcommittee will help identify areas of concern at the university that need improvement or special training, and serve as a neutral forum for discussing the topic of digital accessibility.
If you would like to join the EIR subcommittee, which is part of the ADA/504 Steering Committee on disabilities, please provide us with the following information.
