Who is a CSA?

CSAs are identified by key personnel at Texas State University who are responsible for Clery compliance. Once identified, CSAs will be notified via email and provided with information on why they were designated as CSAs and what their responsibilities are under the Clery Act. 

Training

CSAs must take an online training course annually on the SAP Portal (for employees).

How to Register on SAP (for employees):

  1. Sign on to the SAP Portal.
  2. Once logged in, click on the SuccessFactors (SF) Learning tab under “General Business Apps.”
  3. Under "Quick Action" select "View My Learning."
  4. Locate this workshop by searching for the course title “TXST Clery Training Course” in the "Search for Learning" field in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  5. Click on "Assign to Me" and complete the training. 

The Clery Act Compliance Officer may also provide in-person training to individual CSAs when deemed necessary or upon request.
